Automatic Jeppesen Discount: If you are a Jeppesen subscriber, we are automating the application of the Jeppesen/MMOPA discount. The tech teams of both organizations are working together to ensure the discount is applied automatically upon the renewal of your Jeppesen subscription. No additional intervention by you is required! The process isn’t quite finished, but you can help by doing the following:
1. Go to “My Account” page on the MMOPA website https://mmopa.com/account.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and you’ll see a field labeled “Jeppesen Account Number.”
3. Fill in your Jeppesen account number and click “Save Profile.”
Once the process is in place, your MMOPA membership and Jepp account number will be automatically synced with Jepp’s system. NO personal or profile information will be shared or accessed by Jeppesen. Only your name and account number.
Both international and U.S. MMOPA members receive 20% off Jeppesen data subscriptions for all avionics, 50% off Trip Kits for electronic charts outside your standard geographic region for 28 days, and 10% off all pilot supplies.
You can take advantage of that discount now by emailing GA_OEM@jeppesen.com.
New MMOPA Team Member: Many of you know Deanna Wallace as an accomplished pilot and CFI with a passion for the PA46. Now she is bringing that knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to help MMOPA run more efficiently and deliver on its mission of safety, advocacy, and community.
Formerly with Casey Aviation, Deanna will continue
to fly a corporate King Air but will handle many of the operational aspects of running your association, including accounting management, safety program management, and event coordination. Among her many talents, she has significant nonprofit management experience, which will benefit MMOPA. In addition, she will be instrumental in helping developing new safety educational content for the membership, including a video series. Hurray for MMOPA, and welcome Deanna!
