Dr. Anne Mare’ Ice (pictured center) was honored at the dedication of Authority Health’s new health center, the Anne Mare’ Ice Pediatric Health Center, on Feb. 1. Dr. Herbert Smitherman, Jr. (pictured left), presented a resolution in her honor from
the Wayne County Medical Society. Also, State Rep. Brenda Lawrence, unable to attend,
sent a Congressional resolution in her honor as well. Loretta V. Bush (pictured right), President and CEO of Authority Health, spoke to the important role that Dr. Ice has played as a Detroit pediatrician and preceptor of medical residents from Authority Health and other training programs for many years.
