It’s incumbent upon all of us to do our part in curbing this pandemic. Mandating vaccination compliance is one approach, but I believe the better option is to educate your team using evidence-based information and allow them to make up their own minds. Use all available means to combat fear, confusion and misinformation on the part of your staff. Share this article as a way to start the conversation and consider following it up with one-on-one conversations with your employees so that you can meet them where they are, providing additional resources as necessary to aid them in their decision-making. Not only could it help get us back to some semblance of normalcy sooner, but it could very well be the difference between life and death.
